2. Return Period

Customers have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, unless the product is defective — in which case, the CPA allows up to six months from purchase for return, repair, or replacement.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos or videos (if applicable) showing the problem
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address or pickup instructions for the return.

Please ensure all items are securely packaged, including original packaging, accessories, and documentation.


4. Refund Options

Depending on the nature of the return, you may choose from the following options:

  • Full Refund – Returned to your original method of payment.
  • Store Credit / Voucher – Credited to your Mzafo.com account for future purchases.
  • Replacement / Exchange – The same or equivalent product will be delivered once the return is received and inspected.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is approved and the product inspected.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and copyright reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. These include:

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, razors, undergarments)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
  • Digital products or software (once downloaded or activated)
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Intimate or sanitary products

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We may request photos or videos as proof. If verified, you can choose between:

8. Change of Mind Returns

  • You may return it within 7 days, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the product is inspected and approved, we will process a refund or store credit (excluding shipping fees).

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or card provider (processing times may vary).
  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at admin@mzafo.com, and we’ll assist promptly.

10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a standard return (see Section 3).

11. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Ensure it qualifies under our return conditions.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

12. Return Shipping Costs
