1. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across South Africa through our trusted courier partners.
Our delivery network continues to expand, and we aim to make Mzafo.com accessible to every corner of the country.

If your area is not covered by standard courier routes, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or pickup option.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your package is dispatched.

Please note: Processing times may vary slightly during promotional periods, public holidays, or due to high order volumes.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Fees

Mzafo.com strives to keep shipping affordable and transparent:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate (displayed at checkout).
  • Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (e.g., purchases above a set minimum amount).
  • Express Shipping: Offered on select products or areas for an additional fee.

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can use this number to track your delivery status on the courier’s website or through your Mzafo.com account dashboard.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days after purchase, please contact us at admin@mzafo.com.


6. Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Couriers may require a signature or proof of delivery (POD) upon receipt.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.

If a redelivery is required, additional courier charges may apply depending on your location.


7. Split Shipments

In some cases, items from a single order may ship separately due to stock availability, size, or warehouse location.
You’ll be notified if your order is divided into multiple deliveries.


8. Delays and External Factors

While Mzafo.com works closely with reliable couriers, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delivery delays. These include:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • National holidays or courier backlogs
  • Load-shedding or service disruptions
  • Remote area routing

In such cases, we’ll communicate updates promptly and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.


9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Details

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • Mzafo.com cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If you realise there’s an error, contact us immediately at admin@mzafo.com before your order is dispatched.

10. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and tracking ID.
  2. We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and provide updates within 2 business days.
  3. If the parcel is confirmed lost, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

11. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please do not accept delivery or make a note on the courier’s delivery form.
  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage at admin@mzafo.com.

We’ll arrange a replacement or initiate a return in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.


12. International Shipping

Currently, Mzafo.com ships only within South Africa.
We are exploring future expansion into neighbouring regions. Updates will be posted once international shipping becomes available.


13. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order:

  • Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Changes made after dispatch cannot be guaranteed but we’ll do our best to assist.

14. Pickup and Click-and-Collect (Coming Soon)

Mzafo.com is developing a Click-and-Collect service allowing customers to pick up orders from selected collection points or partner stores.
